Cancellation, Returns and Refund
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been processed for shipping. If the order or the item(s) that You want to cancel have not been shipped yet, You can write to us on hello@tsshouse.com.
Our products cannot be returned or exchanged except if You have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a product which is different from the product described in the invoice (in which case the return should be made with original packaging tags, labels, original packing, without tampering of serial number, along with freebies and other accessories and the return should be initiated within seven (7) business days from date of order delivery, You can follow a few simple steps to initiate Your return/refund within seven (7) days of receiving the order:
1. Contact us on hello@tsshouse.com within seven (7) business days of receiving the order.
2. Provide us with Your order ID details and Your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in Your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for Our reference.
3. Our delivery partner will pick up the products within two (2) to four (4) business days. THE SOUTHERN SOUL will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products received by us are in their original packaging with their seals, labels intact.
Note: Replacements are subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, THE SOUTHERN SOUL will refund You the full amount.
REFUNDS:
In case of order cancellation / unavailability of stock for replacement, THE SOUTHERN SOUL, will take two (2) to three (3) business days for the refunds to be processed to the customer.
